 Regent's was a wonderfully friendly and vibrant place to live and study as an Oxford student. I am very grateful for my time there and to everyone who makes the place so special.  

 Along with John Miles and Howard Tillotson (both of blessed memory) and David Hicks, and I was one of the first four lay students to enter Regents - now over 60 years ago. I believe that we all felt very grateful for the encouragement we received.

 For 19 years Regents has hosted my summer preaching seminar, Proclaimers Place, and welcomed me on two sabbaticals. Most recently I became an alumnus of Regents receiving the MTh. 

 Working as a Healthcare Chaplain, I am thankful for the grace of God that has enabled me to depend on the pastoral skills and knowledge gained at Regent's to support patients, carers and staff. 

 I am thankful to God for the very precious time spent at Regent's which continues to nourish me as I seek to serve Christ and make Him known. 

 Regent's was like a second family. I was supported by so many as I worked hard to study and train. I also had great fun in the rowing squad, earning our blades in Torpids in 1982, alongside the current Principal.
